As a customer, one can only see that Mayuri is many years ahead of a lot of the competition. They have very clean aisles, a great product assortment, excellent customer service, and a very good kitchen that serves fresh food products.

As a supplier, we work through Mayuri indirectly, we have distributors who supply goods to Mayuri. We only hear the best words about Mayuri. Basically any discount that has to be provided first goes to Mayuri because Mayuri is very good on payments and they support Ashoka a lot in terms of product displays etc.

We are also now hoping to do a lot more business with Mayuri on Red Label and they are a great company to work with. I work very closely with Rajbhai and we wish them all the best.

Prices are competitive and great value for the products offered which are of high quality.

The atmosphere is excellent; I always see that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at a great level. I have observed that the floor is always spic and span, though most grocery stores don't maintain that kind of hygiene. This gives consumers an inviting atmosphere.

Customer service is great and the staff at billing are excellent and always smiling. You will find parking easily in all their locations. At Seattle, they also issue a voucher so you can get a free parking nearby.

The other great thing is that all stores have a deli/restaurant where you get variety of food which is a plus.

They are also active on LinkedIn and at any time anyone can ask queries and the response is quick.
